Gentle Hatha Yoga Series

Our Gentle Yoga Series is an 8 Week Series running on THURSDAYS, 5 – 5:45 PM, starting October 7th.

Class will include 30 minutes of yoga and 15 minutes of meditation.

Participants may stay for the duration of the class, or stay for yoga OR meditation only.[/vc_column_text]

“My name is Elise and I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with my 200 hours. I found yoga myself after a brain injury. I am committed to providing accessible yoga for all and integrating gentle practices into my classes. As a former dance teacher, I know the importance of the mind-body connection and aim to bring mindfulness and meditation into my classes.”
