Our Gentle Yoga Series is an 8 Week Series running on THURSDAYS from 5 – 5:45 PM.

Our NEW Session will launch in August, 2022 – information and registration links coming soon!

Class will include 30 minutes of yoga and 15 minutes of meditation.

Participants may stay for the duration of the class, or stay for yoga OR meditation only.

Participants only need to register ONCE to attend ALL SESSIONS.
