Start off the New Year right!
Our Gentle Yoga Series is an 8 Week Series running on THURSDAYS from 5 – 5:45 PM, starting January 6th.
Class will include 30 minutes of yoga and 15 minutes of meditation.
Participants may stay for the duration of the class, or stay for yoga OR meditation only.
Participants only need to register ONCE to attend ALL SESSIONS.
