Bring some mindfulness to your summer – join our Gentle Hatha Yoga Series!
This 7 Week Series will run on Mondays, 5:00 – 5:45 PM (no class on August 2nd, due to Civic Holiday.)
Class will include 30 minutes of yoga and 15 minutes of meditation.
Participants may stay for the duration of the class, or stay for yoga OR meditation only.
All Registrants MUST complete a waiver before joining the class.
