Women and Brain Injury Support Group (IN PERSON)

Problem solve, learn coping techniques and relieve stress at our Women and Brain Injury Support Group, facilitated by a social worker who specializes in brain injury supports.

Tonight’s Group will begin with a special presentation by Courage In Action – a non-profit organization whose mission is to bring women together to inspire confidence, foster friendships and teach life skills as they move from adversity to possibility.

Our Women and Brain Injury Support Group is inclusive of women of all ages, ethnic backgrounds, gender and queer identities, including trans women. People who identify as non-binary are welcome to attend groups of their choice and can speak to our Programs Coordinator with any questions or concerns: connections@bist.ca or 647-990-1485.
