Crocheting is an internationally practiced, timeless craft where creators make beautiful fabrics and designs using a yarn and a hook.

Crocheting can also be great for your MENTAL HEALTH – practising crocheting can:

  • Reduce stress and anxiety
  • Improve focus and attention
  • Develop muscle memory
  • Improve spacial intelligence

Join us for 3 Freaky Friday Sessions where a BIST Member will teach us basic stitching techniques – make anything from a patch, to a scarf or a bag. BIST will supply the materials!
