Quote from the Artist:

These pieces have to do with my relationship to time and how it’s changed post-injury. Take Five is about the 5 minutes it takes to regulate the nervous system when symptoms flare up. This can be done by taking two deep breaths in and one slow breath out, over and over.

________ in Three Minutes is about goal setting, and the short amount of time required to start a new habit. For example: guitar in three minutes, yoga in three minutes, etc.
