Funds raised by our 5K Run, Walk or Roll are necessary for BIST to run FREE services for people living with the effects of brain injury and their families, such as:
* Support Groups for adults, caregivers, women and youth effected by ABI
* Social Drop-In Programs
* Community Outings
* Workshops on issues relevant to Brain Injury
