On Wednesday May 10th, from 6 to 8pm BIST, will be hosting our Annual Community Agency Fair at the Mattamy Athletic Centre at the Gardens in the Alumni Lounge at 50 Carlton Street. This Fair will also feature a public exhibition of artwork by BIST members around the theme of Thriving & Surviving.

Community Agency Fair 
Each person is welcome to submit a maximum of 2 pieces. Maximum size is 60cm by 72cm.  All art must be original work and easy to display. 
 
ABCs of Submitting your artwork 
 

A. Email a clear photo of 2 pieces of your original artwork that reflect the theme of Thriving & Surviving. Send your email to: connections@bist.ca by 12 Noon on April 28.

B. The BIST team will review all work to ensure it’s the right size, easy to display and adheres to our BIST member code of conduct.

C. If your work is selected for the BIST Alive Expressive Arts Show we will send you a short application form to fill out with details about to protect and sell your artwork at the show if you are interested. 

D. Once you submit your application the last step is bringing your 2 pieces of artwork to the Mattamy Athletic Centre at 5pm sharp on Wed May 10. The BIST team will display your art! Doors open to the public for the BIST Alive Expressive Art Show and Community Agency Fair at 6pm.
