Mindful Beading Seminar

Create a BIST-themed beaded bracelet – with a mindfulness exercise included as part of the session! Led by BIST Member Hilary Pearson. Registration limited to 15, first come first serve.  – REGISTRATION CLOSED

Think you know Toronto? We’re going to test our knowledge of the city in a group trivia session! Optional: enjoy a special tea drink together!
