A discussion of the income supports available to injured and disabled people in Ontario. We’ll discuss short-and long-term disability (STD and LTD) benefits, ODSP benefits, Income Replacement Benefits (IRB), CPP Disability Benefits. We’ll also discuss awards for lost income that can be obtained in the tort (lawsuit) system.
