Recovery and Resiliency

Movement, meditation, joy, and gentle sensory stimulation can support and soothe the vagus nerve – an essential part of our nervous system – and help to reduce the negative effects of stress, and burnout.
In this sharing group, Colleen will discuss:
  • Polyvagal theory and how it applies to wellness
  • Neurological healing options
  • How to increase neurological flexibility to shift perceptions and negative response to environment stimuli
  • Strategies for regulating emotional response to stress (potential for lowered anxiety, fear, and anger)
  • Provide information for wellness and resiliency
