Annual General Meeting (AGM)

BIST’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place during September’s Community Meeting - happening Wednesday September 24th, 2025 from 6 - 8 PM.

 

Find out about our year in review, get updates on programs and finances and hear from the BIST Board of Directors.

All members are encouraged to attend this event IN PERSON or ONLINE!

 

Refreshments will be served.

 

REGISTRATION OF MEMBERS:  6 PM

AGM: 6:30 – 8 PM

 

AGENDA:

Registration of Members for the meeting will begin at 6 PM.

Non-members are welcome to attend, but will not have voting rights.
