Brain injury affects every member of a family. Whether you are the person with the injury or a parent of a person with a brain injury (ages 12 and up, including adult), adjusting to the many challenges of ABI can be difficult. Our Family Support Program is here to help.
Young Adult Group
For people between the ages of 17-26 who are living with ABI. Our Young Adult Group is a great way to meet people, build relationships, and learn new skills. Facilitated by a social worker, the group meets monthly, at the same time as our parent group. Check out our calendar for details HERE.
Parental Support Group
This group is facilitated by a Therapist and an individual who has been living with ABI in their family for a number of years. The Parental Support Group meets monthly, at the same time as our Young Adult Group. For parents of kids ages 12 and up, including adults – NOW with a Virtual Attendance Option!
